How can you work with me?
I offer 3 options:
1) Troubleshooting - Have you got an issue you need solving or some guidance with? A 30 minute chat and follow up email and optional 1 week email support will answer all your questions and set you on the right path to better sleep!
2) Group course - My group courses are incredible value and have brilliant results. The aim is to help you understand why your little one isn’t sleeping and then support you to implement your bespoke sleep plan
3) 121 coaching - Sleep coaching is the best way to work with me for quick changes. As well as developing a bespoke sleep plan for your family, I will also work on building your confidence to implement the plan now and going forward. I will be with you every step of the way to guide you, tweak the plan and make sure everything is on track.
